  1. Limpia y trocea en aros la mitad del calabacín, que sean finos, pero no mucho para hacer la base.
  2. Pinta con aceite y lleva al horno a 160° unos 10 minutos.
  3. La otra mitad de calabacín, el puerro y la cebolla lleva a saltear con muy poquito aceite.
  4. Añade el embutido de pollo y la albahaca al sofrito y cocina unos 3 minutos.
  5. Añade el 1/2 bote de tomate y el pollo hervido desmenuzado y deja cocinar, es hora de corregir de sal y poner una pizca de pimienta.
  6. Una vez que pasaron los 10 minutos, esparcir un poco de queso por encima del calabacín para hacer la galleta y llevar al horno unos 3 minutos misma temperatura.
  7. Pon sobre la galleta de queso y calabacín la mezcla de verduras y pollo, vuelve a echar queso por encima y hornea hasta que dore y listo.
  8. Sirve en porciones y a disfrutar con toda la familia.
