- En el vaso batidor triturar el resto de ingredientes con un poco de la mezcla anterior para que sea más fácil batirlo, el pepino lavado y con piel o sin piel, el cuarto de cebolla, la rama de apio, el ajo, la guindilla, el pimiento rojo lavado y la menta. Para las personas que prefieran una textura bien lisa, deberán pasar el gazpacho por un chino.

- Incorporar a la mezcla las dos cucharaditas de azúcar, las dos cucharadas del zumo de limón y la sal, remover y llevar a la nevera al menos 1 hora antes de servir. A la hora de servir remover de nuevo y meter en la sandía vacía y decorada. Añadir por encima del gazpacho las 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y disfrutarlo con pan tostado y/o una bandeja de crudités (ramas frescas de apio, zanahoria, pepino...). Feliz Halloween!!
