  3. Pelar los albaricoques y el plátano. Trocear en trozos más o menos iguales.
  4. Cuando el almíbar esté reducido a la mitad, agregar la fruta y remover de vez en cuando con cuidado.
  5. Cuando esté cocida la fruta, que debe quedar entera, distribuir en el centro de las crepês.
