A continuación colocamos jamón encima de las fijoas tapando solo la base, encima colocamos queso, luego tapamos con salsa blanca previamente hecha y colocamos 2 fijoas más encima de la salsa blanca; y así se sigue sucesivamente (jamón, queso, salsa blanca y fijoa) hasta haber completado unas 4 o 5 capaz de las mismas.   3. Una vez que esté cerrado con las fijoas que sobresalen llevamos al horno por aproximadamente 20 minutos. En cuanto hayan pasado esos 20 minutos debemos retirar y desmontarla con ayuda de otra asadera. Hacemos una fijoa solo con las claras del huevo.
  4. En esa asadera en la que desmontamos lo anterior colocamos por encima 4 yemas en el centro y luego colocamos por encima la fijoa de las claras. A su alrededor colocamos queso rallado.
  5. Llevar al horno por unos 10/15 minutos y listo! Lo servimos
