  5. Coloque 1/3 taza de salsa blanca sobre el fondo de los crepes y sobr este 1 1/2 tazas del relleno, extendiendolo. Otro 1/3 taza de salsa blanca y por encima 1/3 taza de queso rallado. Doble los bordes de los crepes hacia adentro tapando el relleno con los mismo. Vuelva a repetir este proceso con una segunda capa de crepes hasta terminar con la salsa blanca y encima de este el queso rallado.
  6. Cocine en el horno aprox. unos 30 mins. o hasta que se dore. Permita que se enfrie unos 20 mins. antes de cortar y servir.
