- Cortamos el hojaldre a tiras de un dedo de ancho y por el lado que salgan las tiras más largas, a mà me salieron 15 tiras. Engrasamos los moldes por la parte exterior y enrollamos la tira de hojaldre empezando por la punta, acoplamos bien el hojaldre apretando suavemente con los dedos y vamos enrollando la tira solapando una con otra conforme avanzamos.


- Cuando estén todos se pintan con huevo batido y se meten el horno previamente calentado a 180 ◦ con calor arriba y abajo. Estarán doraditos en unos 14 minutos. Se sacan y se dejan enfriar entonces podemos separarlos de los moldes. Salen muy bien algunos hasta se separan solos.

- Cortamos la punta a la manga pastelera que tenemos con la crema y rellenamos los conos.

- Servimos con azúcar glas por encima.
