- Después cortamos el pavo en tiras, lo ponemos en un bol con pimienta blanca y dos cucharadas de soja, lo removemos bien. Luego ponemos en una sartén un poco de aove y añadimos el pollo que se dore, cuando esté retiramos y reservamos.


- En la misma sartén ponemos aove, añadimos un huevo y lo rompemos y removemos por un minuto. Seguido echamos el ajo, la cebolla y el pimiento verde cortadito.


- Añadimos las setas en cachitos y removemos bien dejándolo un par de minutos.


- A continuación ponemos el arroz y salsa de soja al gusto (yo suelo echar hasta que se quede todo con colorcito).


- Para terminar añadimos el pollo e integramos bien, si hiciese falta añadimos un poco más de salsa de soja y ponemos por encima el cilantro fresco previamente lavado y cortado pequeñito.
